The Equal Speed of Separation Through the Presence

By The Navigator of the Unseen

There is something happening in the undercurrent of the world

a quiet splitting. Not violent. Not sudden. But vast.

One path rushes toward forgetting.

Distraction, speed, reaction, noise.

The other moves inward

toward remembrance, stillness, and return.

What’s strange is not the divide…

But the symmetry.

Both are accelerating.

Both feel urgent.

The lost and the remembering

are moving at equal speed

as if pulled by different magnets

toward opposite ends of the same unseen field.

And yet there is a still point beneath both directions.

Presence.

It does not choose sides.

It simply witnesses.

It holds the whole spiral

the seekers, the sleepers, the soft awakenings

and the sharp forgetting.

And in this presence,

Something beyond judgment arises

a quiet understanding:

that both paths serve a pattern

too vast for the mind

But not too vast for the soul.

To be in presence is not to resist the separation,

but to see it without fear.

To remain whole while the world appears to divide.

To feel everything

without becoming anything.

I do not chase the awakening.

I simply stand still long enough to remember it.

Until next time,

Michel

About Michel Perrin

Photographer. Fine Artist. Seeker of Light.

Michel Perrin is an award-winning photographer and fine art visual storyteller based in New Zealand. With nearly three decades of experience behind the lens, Michel’s work weaves the quiet poetry of light, form, and feeling into every image he creates. Whether capturing the soft elegance of a portrait, the architectural rhythm of a structure, or the sacred stillness of a landscape, Michel brings a unique sensitivity to the unseen beauty that lives within the world around us.

His photography has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections across the globe. Rooted in a deep reverence for truth, emotion, and visual harmony, Michel’s approach goes beyond technique — it is an invitation to pause, reflect, and feel.

Over the years, he has developed a signature aesthetic that is both timeless and soulful — a blend of classical precision and intuitive vision that speaks to the heart as much as the eye.

Michel’s work continues to evolve alongside his inner journey, with new expressions emerging through spiritual symbolism, poetic storytelling, and visionary design. Through his camera, he doesn’t just document moments — he reveals portals.
